At FluxxyAero™, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

A return may be accepted if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • Your product arrived damaged.

  • Your product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The product is significantly different from the product you ordered.

Return Conditions

For an approved return, the product should generally be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging where applicable

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or otherwise used may not be eligible for return.

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Size Issues

Please carefully check the size chart before placing your order.

If you select the wrong size, a return or exchange may not be available unless specifically approved by FluxxyAero™.

Customers are responsible for checking product measurements before placing an order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method or another reasonable method agreed upon with the customer.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been worn or washed

  • Have been intentionally damaged

  • Have been modified or altered

  • Are returned after the applicable return period

  • Cannot reasonably be resold because of their condition

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by FluxxyAero™, FluxxyAero™ may provide an appropriate resolution regarding return shipping.

For other approved returns, return-shipping responsibility will depend on the circumstances and will be communicated before the return is processed.
